Returns

We accept returns.

  • Contact us within: 7 days of delivery

  • Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery

    The following items can't be returned.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Items on sale

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Bulk Orders/Wholesale

Discounts are available on certain products for bulk orders.

Please contact us through our Custom Order page with the product you’re considering for more information.

Payment

Items (custom or listed) cannot be shipped until payment is made in full. We do not offer lines of credit.

Quoted prices on custom orders are final unless you request changes. You don’t pay for our mistakes.

Custom orders will require a 50% non-refundable down payment on quoted price to be placed on our schedule.

We give our bids in full prices or broken down to labor and materials. We do not provide itemized estimates.

Personalizing

All personalized products and engravings must be appropriate.

Size of engravings is determined by the size of product.
